I thought I'd include the article that was in the News-Times the other day regarding the Mayoral Debate. You can read it here.
I thought the debate usually airs on Comcast for the public to watch, however I'm not positive. It seems that the issue of immigration did play a large role in the debate, as well as the growth of our city.
If the debate is played on television, then I will do a follow up post on it. If any of you went to watch, feel free to share what you took out of it, and what it was like. Also, Abrantes has put up a website. The link is on the side.

Pitts needs to apologize and resign as Rev. He's starting up with more crap this week, in an attempt to further divide the community during election time.
The Reverend has been a disgrace to this community with his outright lies, and deception. Shame on the Newstimes for even reporting on such nonsense.

The Reverend has nothing to do with this. The emails were not even sent to him, or about him. He's like a blogger exposing someone's joke they posted on a newspaper forum. Another example of him looking for attention and being the small man that he is.

Big Whoop. I've seen more racially insensitive junk posted on the Newstimes, and then copied and analyzed on TWO certain Blogs in Danbury.

If the Dem's were in office they would be pulling this crap all the time. Fabricated accusations. That's why they don't want a parade ordinance - they protest and march all the time and it's gonna be a burden on their wallet.
Nothing about those emails were racist - joining up with Big T IS. Where was Pitts when that happened?... Nowhere to be found because it doesn't fit into his crooked political agenda...
This makes me want to vote for Basso. She's no immigration weenie. We have too many of those parading around Danbury.
