"What were Danbury police doing in that sting? They planned it. Can you believe we didn't know that in Danbury?" Taborsak said she attended Monday's court case because, "I always have to dothe right thing."
The following is why Halfar said she was in attendance:
"They had no warrants for their arrest. They had no case beforehand. I'm supporting people from my town who were unjustly seized in an ICE raid."
Just to note, Taborsak is running against Republican incumbents Mike Calendrino and Council President Joe Cavo, in the third ward. Halfar is challenging incumbent Republican Councilwomen Mary Teicholz and M. Jane Diggs in the seventh ward.

These two should not even be considered for when voting in this election. They don't honor the law of our country. Do not vote for either of them.
At least one of them will win and do the police spit in the face of the law when they arrest peole w/o a warrent? No, this is fair for them to go to. I don't agree with them on going but I'm ok with it. I would rather have Taborsak in the council than Joe Cavo who has lied to my face before about things in the city. He is nothing but Boughton's whip where at least Taborsak and a couple others even republicans like Stanley, who will challenge him when he is wrong.
