Huskies Advance To Second Round
With the UConn men losing on Friday, all Connecticut fans turned to the women to give them a game that ended with a win. Well, they didn't disappoint.
Yesterday, UConn beat Cornell 89-47. The Huskies are ranked number one and Cornell was a sixteenth seed. They will now play Texas tomorrow nightat 9:00 p.m.
After a stellar first round game, UConn will now hope to continue to shine. Just five more wins, and the championship will come back to Connecticut!
