er work to run for Congress against Congressman Chris Murphy. It was said that Cappiello filed paperwork last week sometime, and now it has become official. So--will it be Murphy vs. Cappiello or someone else? As of right now, Sen. Cappiello is the only announced candidate, but others have been expected to emerge.
